Collaborative partnerships with community and professional organisations

As an active, involved and highly regarding member of the Blue Mountains community, we pride ourselves on our participating in community events and encouraging those around us to become part of our preschool family. Community is more than just people and places and being involved in community fosters an attitude of security and belonging in our children, honouring the relationships and connections that we make throughout our days which bind us together. It is vital that our children feel a connection to a community that extends further than preschool that allows them to feel fully immersed in their environment.

We regularly enjoy excursions to our local parks, shops, post offices and fire-stations and invite community members into our preschool to chat with us about their roles. Community engagement is key to the wellbeing of all of us.
